Welcome! I am Luka, a researcher with experience in systems innovation, and project management. I am based in the Netherlands and currently working as a researcher at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Key skills

  • I have worked on several research projects at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and University of Zagreb. I am experienced with qualitative research, data analysis software like Atlas.ti, conducting interviews, and writing publications for varying audiences. Since 2020 I have published several research articles. You can see the full list of publications here.

  • With a strong background in project management, I confidently manage deadlines, budgets, and project deliverables. I have successfully coordinated projects in diverse contexts, including NGOs, advocacy, and research settings. My work involves collaborating with partners from various backgrounds to achieve impactful project outcomes.

  • As a part of my work in value-driven organisations, I have organised engaging sessions for groups ranging from 5 to 50 participants, in online and in-person formats. These events took shape as training sessions, workshops, and presentations. Aside from facilitating sessions, I have extensive experience in designing programs and impactful sessions.

  • I have relevant experience with supporting small organisations outlining their aims and developing activity plans corresponding to these.

    Luka is an enthusiastic and motivated colleague, and a real pleasure to work with. We collaborated on the Green Hub, a two week initiative bringing together activists, civil society, policymakers and experts at OP26 in Glasgow. Luka brought strong project management, stakeholder engagement and collaborative leadership.
